Research Assistant – Clinical Decision Support in Radiation Oncology (a)
Fixed-term for 18 monthsBerne, 80 - 100 %
What you can expect
- Develop and refine an interactive dashboard for clinical decision support
- Work with real-world clinical and imaging data in a research setting
- Design and implement components of data pipelines, backend systems, and/or user interfaces
- Contribute to the publishing of the desinged tool
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and interdisciplinary research teams
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful clinical insights
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering,computer science, medicine, or a related field.
- Strong interest in programming, data analysis, or software development.
- Solid coding experience for data processing and analytics (e.g., Python, R, or similar).
- Ideally, experience in developing graphical user interfaces (e.g. Apache Superset).
- Interest to work at the interface of healthcare and technology
- English in writing and speaking (international team)
