Junior Sales Staff Radiopharmacy (a)

SWAN Isotopen AG, a company owned by the Inselspital-Stiftung, produces radiopharmaceuticals on campus for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes for nuclear medicine clinics throughout Switzerland.

What you can expect

In this versatile role, you will combine inside and field sales activities. You will support the inside sales team with the processing, confirmation and planning of daily customer orders. At the same time, together with the Sales Engineer, you will build and maintain strong personal relationships with customers and prepare regular sales reports.

Inside Sales

• Processing daily customer orders, including internal coordination and scheduling
• Supporting our B2B customers by phone and in writing
• Coordinating with internal departments such as Production
• Maintaining customer and sales data in the CRM system
• Supporting administrative and organisational tasks

Field Sales

• Support the sales engineer in preparing for client visits
• Building and developing long-term customer relationships
• Monitoring market and customer developments within the radiopharmaceutical market

Your Profile

• Completed commercial, medical, pharmaceutical or comparable education
• Initial professional experience in sales, purchase or customer service in a B2B environment is an advantage
• Interest in healthcare and in radiopharmaceutical products
• Strong customer focus and a high sense of responsibility
• Willingness to regularly work early shifts starting at 6:00 a.m.
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Good MS Office skills; experience with Abacus ERP is an advantage
• Very good proficiency in German, French and English
